We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

When you interact with us on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated only.

We collection this personal information to enable us to interact with you and communicate with you. It is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing or passed on to third party members. It is only used to facilitate improving your wellbeing!
How do we store your data?
WARD is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to deliver our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Email communication is also delivered via the G-Suite platform hosted by Google. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Emails that you receive from us will be stored on servers related to your email provider and as such will be under the privacy protocols of that server.
How do we communicate with you?
WARD will communicate with you usually via the email address you give us. We may also communicate with you via the chat feature on our website, this will be initiated by you. If you give us your phone number we may use this to communicate with you, but we promise not to pass this on to anyone else.
Withdrawing your consent
At any time, you may request to see all information we hold on you and or ask for it to be deleted. Just email admin@welldoctors.org
